“Staff were friendly, check in was easy. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. Parking was a bit difficult at times because we wear attending during a busy week, which wasn’t ideal due to the cold weather at the time. “I checked out at 1am instead of getting any sleep. Hotel is newer and built cheaply so it’s always loud… you hear every step, every door close, toilet flush etc. light from the side of the hotel comes in the windows, the drapes don’t cover them very well so the room is bright as day 24/7… my bed was either worn out or just way too soft to begin with, my lower back was killing me just from laying there trying to sleep. Pillows are about 3’ round and always bounce back as well so it’s like holding……
