"I have to check out, within 3 minutes of my check in because I didn't like the place. I check in at 5pm instead 2pm however the rooms were not ready, I was asked to wait for another 15-20 minutes. First greetings is an awful odour right from the reception to my room."

"The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information.
