“The hotel staff are good especially reception and the gym but the spa which I was looking forward to it Wasn’t great
You have to pay extra so my husband couldn’t use the facilities even though I had 3 treatments
Which were not great the therapists are only just out of training yet they charge full price
I must admit I was lucky with my facial which was excellent
But the whole spa experience is not worth the money”

“The bar food was good value for money. The Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, often going the "extra mile" to make our stay very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and we noticed that a fan had been provided to help with the current heat wave. We love this place as it fels like home from home”
