“Our room’s at third floor. But no elevator, we have 4 luggages, 20 kg/per.terrible experience. … The breakfast is not good quality just look like lot. Check in desk lady is not kindly, I don’t know why? It’s not worth for the all price I paid.”

“Very helpful staff. Close to everything and especially restaurants like Monsieur Louis on Pl. Saint-Sauveur. Only small complaint would be how tight the bathroom was. A tall person would have trouble sitting on the toilet in the room I had on the 4th floor. But nice view from the balcony.”

“The hotel is typical French style which’s attracted for foreigner but the service is not in same quality, one of receptionist is warmed and another one with bad attitude when I tell there is not shampoo and shower in room for two day.
