Welcome to Villa 155 at the King & Prince Resort! The beautifully renovated 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom ground-floor oceanfront condo is the perfect condo experience, giving guests everything that resort living has to offer on St. Simons Island. Located a short 1-minute walk to the main King & Prince Resort Hotel building, guests will have access to full resort amenities, including the heated King & Prince hotel pools, spas, resort restaurant and bar, tennis, golf, as well as the King & Prince South Villas pool, which is 20 yards from the condo's back door! The large open green space surrounding the pool is right in your backyard and the perfect place for kids to play!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – The choice is yours!

The large kitchen offers guests new stainless steel appliances and open views of the living room through the bar seating area. The luxurious coastal style living and dining space offers seating for four at the dining table and plenty of living room seating with two chairs and a queen sleeper sofa. The large 65" HD Smart TV is the perfect gathering place for guests to enjoy the game or a movie. The living space flows towards ocean views, the beach, villa pool, and the patio space through a wide sliding glass door. Enjoy sunrises or evening cocktails on the wide patio with a dining table for four.

Guests of Villa 155 will enjoy premium luxury bedding in both bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite offers a king bed with ocean views, direct oceanfront patio access, and a private double vanity bathroom with a tub/shower. The guest bedroom offers guests two twin beds and its own bathroom located in the guest hallway.

What a place!

This place is near perfect. First floor, steps to the beach, clean, modern, has all the goods needed to operate a kitchen, comfortable beds, good AC/heat, use of resort grounds is awesome. There is nothing we didn't like. Highly, highly recommended place to stay on a beautiful island.

Perfect time of year - love fall the beach! This property is comfortable and stylish. Beds and linens top notch and everyone rested well. So convenient to the beach and other island hot spots.
