"This place is spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for our short stay and is conveniently located to both Bryn Mawr and Villanova. The kitchen appliances appear to be relatively new and There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes to do what we needed for meal making.Parking is tight with a tiny little driveway and small space to park so don’t bring your big car. There’s a small set of stairs to access the apartment and then one step up from the main bedroom into the kitchen area....

"Clean and comfortable /adequate /enough space for our needs.Not many supplies in kitchen. Bed linens should be replaced! Hot water was sparse and took 10 minutes in tub and kitchen and bathroom sinks. Fabric softener on bed linens stunk very bad. Beds not very comfortable."

"David was a wonderful host. He was responsive to questions both before and during our stay. His place is large with three separate sizable bedrooms with plenty of closet space (one with a desk of someone needs to work) and a good sized family/living room area. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking several meals a day. Neither the kitchen nor bathroom were terribly modernized, but they were clean and definitely adequate for our purposes.
