“Parking is luck of the draw. Be prepared to parallel park or for a nice walk. Staff was amazing, good conversation and immediately attentive to glue together something of mine that broke in transit. Would stay again!”

“The location was in close proximity to the Lansdowne Theatre. The court yard is beautiful. The rooms were basic and beds were comfortable. The coffee machine was not clean, the sink was filthy and there were mice and rat traps all over the property eluding to a rodent problem. With a little more effort this could be a very nice location. I would not stay there again.”

“The building was well built, but there were unfortunately many issues with the property. This is obviously a spot for weddings, bar mitzvahs, sports events etc. and as a result, you feel like most guests are there to burn it down one night and leave. Screaming everywhere all the time. The "Hook and Ladder" bar/ steakhouse had no reservations and people were elbow to elbow screaming at each other. The downstairs bar had 5 or 6 seats and a hundred of people wanting to order a drink. Just not……

“Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. ”

“Very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. First, very untransparent fees. While the accommodation fare is only $57.52, taxes amounted to $29.07 and "Additional Fees & Room Fees" were $130. When I asked them what these additional fees entailed, they said the $130 reflected a "cleaning fee + water usage fee + electricity," which, to me, shouldn't normally constitute such a high price tag. Furthermore, I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel where additional fees were higher than the……
