"One area that could be improved is the dining experience for guests arriving late. The restaurant closes at 9:00 PM, and since we were only arriving around 10:00 PM, we called ahead hoping to place an order. Unfortunately, we were informed that the food had to be picked up in person before closing, which wasn’t possible given our arrival time. As a result, our only option was to rely on the convenience store for a quick snack after a long journey. It would have been a thoughtful gesture if the hotel had allowed the prepared food to be left at the front desk or in the lobby for us to collect upon arrival. While I understand there may be operational policies, a little flexibility in situations like this would greatly enhance the guest experience, especially for travelers checking in late."
