"This is a great little house. The neighbors seemed nice. Pros it was clean and convenient to LSU. Cons dogs barking all night, surrounding area questionable."

"The photos of the inside of the property are definitely accurate, and the remodel of the home is nice. The area surrounding the rental is not great, but overall we ventured out a lot and so it was fine. The issues that we experienced are listed below. -Daily trains as the rental is in close proximity to train tracks. 5am-6am trains with loud horns as they pass through the town. -The mattresses were very hard, and the frame itself was very unstable and poor quality as it shifted often. -Bed...
