We managed with 1 bathroom but planned ahead kitchen was adequate but fridge was a bit dated Front sitting area was a gem and really enjoyed that common space Street was under construction nearby but really helped for any noise. “Great location and amenities. Unfortunately there is no insulation between floors and there was a very loud group above us one of the nights and it was quite disturbing. I don’t think it was a party, but they were speaking very loudly. I did notify management but honestly I don’t think the group was having a party, it’s just that the lack of insulation is problematic. Be aware that one of the bedrooms does not have a full wall so noises from the living area can be clearly heard in that bedroom. ……
