“Bien que notre réservation est été confirmée, plusieurs jours à l'avance, lorsque nous nous sommes trouvé devant l'hôtel vers 19h00, le gérant nous a adressé un texto pour nous dire qu'il ne pouvait pas nous héberger "suite à un problème avec le planning de la plateforme".
