We arrived on a Friday afternoon for an early check in and found out the hotel was underway a facelift. Construction noises were minimal, but started at 7:30 a.m. Saturday morning and woke me up. Our room was on the small side, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel us conveniently located and within walking distance to a ton of dining options and shops. Be prepared to pay for the hotel valet if you use it. $55.00 a night.

A dark hotel with a chair theme. But the room is light elegant and beautiful. Charges for laundry bag! $35. Shaving blades:$18. And all kinds of charges for room service and a carrying charge - what's that?

Stayed for one night. Check-in and out was quick and easy. They gave my room away which was a deluxe queen room, im guessing it was because I didn't pay for it online and paying for the room there. They ended up upgrading my room to a deluxe king, it was very spacious, the view wasn't bad at all, the amenities were nice and the couch had a pull out bed that could fit two people comfortably. I would definitely come back to place again.

Great location because it's only half a block away from Union Square,...hotel aging, but rooms were clean, comfortable,...room was quite far from front desk,...can enter hotel from 2 entrances, 1 on Geary and 1 on O'Farell,...staft was friendly,...sink was clogged, but staf was on it right away,...computers in business center frustrated me,...kept rebooting on it's own or shutting me down or out,...regardless, I would stay here again

Overall the Hotel was a good place. The Concierge was knowledgeable and found us a few great places to eat and enjoy the night life. The singer they brought in on Saturday night was talented. I enjoyed the outdoor sitting area and the game room was fun. Things to improve upon are, house keeping didn't come up on the last night we were there, bed was not made. Ironing board was broke and hit my foot when it collapsed. The bed was real squeaky...
Overall I would stay here again.
