"This is the second time we've stayed at this property while visiting relatives in the Newburgh area, and both times we've had a pleasant stay. The accommodations are basic but more than adequate. Breakfast is not included which is fine with us because we're tired of the typical fare (eggs, sausage, waffles...) offered by other hotels anyway, It's also pet-friendly, without charging any exorbitant fee. Management might want to take a look at the air conditioning unit in our room (#122) - it was pretty loud. We'll definitely stay here again."

"Comfortable and Clean room. Hot water issue in the morning with warmest water. Person at desk was very understanding and caring about the situation. "

"We called to ask if we can leave the luggage ahead of check in, they allowed early checked in instead. This was very helpful as we can go ahead to Woodbury Common Premium outlets which was a short drive away. The staff were friendly. The cafeteria for breakfast was very clean and there was a waffle making machine. "
