“A good value for New York. A very clean room with a private bath. Quiet neighborhood and the other renters were very quiet. There is no elevator, so be prepared to climb steps. There is a shared kitchen which has a lot of condiments, coffee and utensils stocked but we did not avail ourselves of the kitchen. Decor is very basic but we don't care as long as the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The only complaint would be whatever fabric softener they used for linens had a ……
