Love the area. Close to family.
The restaurants and shopping are a few reasons travelers visit Palisades. Though there aren't many top sights in the neighborhood, you can visit Burr Ridge Village Center and Cog Hill Golf & Country Club, a few notable attractions nearby.

Basic small town, nice because of the peace and quiet, yet everything unlike the city life is driving distance so there's no reason to take a nice walk a couple blocks to the convenience store or something like that.
It was cool in the room
I would have loved to find a few more stores in the shopping area. Lululemon or Athleta would be great additions.
