“We stayed at this hotel twice in two different rooms. First we booked the deluxe room and everything was fantastic, the second time we booked the double room and it was not nearly as good. Room was small and the bathroom was tiny. The hotel itself however is beautiful, has a lovely peaceful garden surrounding it and the food is incredible! There is plenty of parking. Would definitely return however would make sure to book the upgraded room.”

“The location was easy to find using satnav and the access is very easy. There is ample parking in a quiet location. An unusual feature is that all rhe rooms are purpose built modern units detached from the much older public house part which also houses the restaurant. There is also a beer garden area with some shade. The benefit of this layout is that there are no staircases or lifts to navigate to get to your room. My room was exceptionally large, and my first impression was how cool it felt……

Staff was excellent; my room didn't have a mini-fridge, but they were willing to let me put food into their private one in staff break room. “What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all……

“The Hotel looked excellent - unfortunately we weren't able to stay there - why? Because the hotel was closed for refurbishment - and EXPEDIA failed to notify us prior to travelling - and also EXPEDIA refused to share our phone number with the hotel so they were unable to inform us in advance of our arrival - fortunately the hotel staff were able to assist us in gettinga ccomodation nearby.
