"The staff here were amazing. Every member of staff we met or spoke to were excellent, friendly and helpful. In particular, I’d like to highlight Joanne and Roman in the Club Lounge for their excellent service.
We had a suite with a balcony which was excellent, comfortable and very well equipped. The view over Darling Harbour was fantastic. The hotel put an extra bed in for my son in advance. The bathroom was huge - with two sinks, a large bath and a separate walk-in shower. It was cleaned daily and restocked with still water. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge with mini bar, a safe, an iron & ironing board and plenty of towels and toiletries.
The hotel is right next to a main road and so there is some extra noise when you open the door to the balcony, but no more than you expect from any city centre hotel. The location is perfect for walking to all the main sights and attractions, but taxis or Ubers are always available out front.

Rooms could've supplied kitchen items for 4 instead of 3 as a couple its an odd number and you are putting a dishwasher on with only a few items wasting water, energy etc just looking at environmental impact."

"Our stay was very comfortable. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and plenty of outlets and space.
The hotel is showing its age. The bathroom could do with some attention with what looked like mold around the faucets in the bath and the shower over the bath. Carpets in the main lobby area are either very old or in need of a good cleaning.
Staff were helpful and the included breakfast was a good option.
Happy hour in the lobby bar was a nice event and the location, within easy walking distance of Circular Quay and The Rocks, was a key factor in our staying there. "

The fact that the Song is centrally located was a plus, we could walk to any of the landmarks and attractions, usually within 20 minutes! "Great hotel in lovely Bangalaroo district, very walkable for the wharf, restaurants, wildlife/aquarium, metro etc. Everything very clean, quiet and smart, staff lovely. Slight marking down as no safes in rooms and rooms quite small, but overall definitely happy to recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again. Enjoy!"

"This was a last minute booking & I’ve now found my new favourite place to stay in Sydney CBD. Clean, convenient, great location, great room layout, close to amazing food options. Easy access to Darling Harbour, Town Hall & Central as well as light rail, train, bus & ferry. The apartment was well equipped with all you need for a self catering stay if that suits.
