Breathtsking boutique hotel on the beach. Eventhough beach is not swimable( (most beaches aren’t in Cabo), the decor is beautiful, food is amazing, prices are great, and restaurant staff is the best!! Views from it are awesome too.

The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. The 3 restaurants we visited were immaculate, had gourmet food & excellent wait staff.

Fun and Luxury Get Away

The hotel was beautiful from the moment you walked in to the sleeping accommodations and the swimming pool resort area. The ocean views and private beach access was fantastic. One of the best customer service is experience we’ve had so far. Everyone was attentive and paid attention to detail.

We were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. We have stayed at “better rated”(just on Expedia) properties in Cabo and the Zoëtry was by far better for us. Our top qualities were heated pools and a hot tub (we always go early in the year and it can still be chilly so this was incredible!). Absolutely Gorgeous! Brand new condo . Beautifully decorated. Nice furniture. Huge living and bedroom space. Luxury sheets and towels. 4 beach towels. On site property manager (PM) meets you as soon as you enter the garage. Security guards on sight and very thorough. PM takes you to the condo and walks you through everything. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was hospitable, attentive, and ensured we had a great time! The food was delicious- Vista Ballenas was the best, however, the dinner at Pergola was very good and the ambience was romantic. The oceanfront view was priceless! I would definitely recommend this resort for couples if you’re looking for a romantic getaway!

Amazing service, consistently throughout the trip. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, gorgeous facilities. Best beachfront in San Jose del Cabo. We loved the desert atmosphere, and every unit had privacy. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff helped us keep organized. The employees was extremely pleasant and helpful. Everyone there greeted us by name and always had a smile on their faces. We really enjoyed the free onsite museum. They have an exceptional spa you can get pampered at. The entire resort was very relaxing. A little pricey but you pay for luxury I give it 5 stars.

The property was beautiful. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious with a huge balcony the had a hot tub and a gorgeous view. The full kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, but we ate at 2 of the 6 restaurants on the property and they served up delicious meals. Room service was delicious, too! Our check in experience was not horrible but not the best. The staff was not as attentive with us as with other guest. We did not let that experience affect our stay. The staff at the restaurants, bars, cleanings, etc, were lovely! The food was delicious, the drinks we strong, the hotel was clean and beautiful, the pool was clean, and best part, no kids!

This resort is beautiful with spacious rooms, lots of swimming pools, delicious food and drinks, and a most amazing beach! The best part was the wonderful service. This was one of the most beautiful properties we have ever stayed at. The grounds are immaculate,, the staff extremely accomodating and friendly..Every request answered/ arranged within minutes. Even room service delivered within 10 min. of ordering. 10/10 experience !!

I was overall pleased with Westin. However, I was surprised to discover that there are two properties on the land, one is the main property where I thought we would stay and the other is the side property called "Baja Point". This property is beautiful and very well Kept. The staff is all wonderful , very courteous, welcoming and attentive. Property is newer and it shows. The property was beautiful! It just openned in early 2022! Food was very good - the all-inclusive was really amazing and can be purchased on-site for a minimum of 3 days and everyone in a room must buy. The staff were excellent and very friendly. My one critique is the communication between the property and myself prior to my stay. I had asked several questions a few weeks before we arrived and did not hear back until we had checked in and been there for a few days. We'd go back!

The Westin is by far my favorite hotel to stay in at Los Cabos. Its beautiful architecture is breath taking, ocean view is incredible and the staff goes above and beyond to help. It has wonderful restaurants and a private beach. I have stayed at the Westin Los Cabos every time I have been there since 2013...Awesome hotel!
