“Needs to answer phone calls after 6pm . Needs alarm clocks in rooms. Clean room and friendly staff.”

“Not a well maintained facility. Reviews mislead my expectations. Staff was slightly disrespectful and dismissive. “Convenient to airport”

“I'm sure this is probably one of the best hotels around the airport, but my experience wasn't that great. I called and was told check in was 3:00. I got there at 3:10 and was told my room wasn't ready. I had to wait until 4:00. At 11:00 pm. The power went out and they don't have any back up power. There was no communication about what was going on. And there was nobody at the front desk during the power outage. Also, there were no emergency lights in the stair well. “The property was very clean, there was available dog waste bags outside for my service dog, the grounds and landscaping was fantastic as well. The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. Parking was adequate for our U-Haul and car trailer attached even! This last note is not a critique as it didn’t affect our stay but I want to note that there was a……

“Harley was extremely helpful during check-in. Our room and jetted tub were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and warm. AC worked amazingly and the entire staff was friendly.”

“They switched our room from a king to a room with 2 queen beds because of over booking (didnt tell us) even though i booked the room over a month in advance. Then when we get into the room and the mini fridge was leaking with towels inside and outside of the fridge. The room smelt very musty. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom and the beds were clean.”
