“First and foremost our family had an amazing vacation and that was our ultimate goal. The house itself is definitely outdated but served its purpose. The home has so much potential but unfortunately the housekeeping company is subpar. “I was really surprised at the home, it was so much nicer than I was expecting. I was happy that the river was right there as well and had no problem getting to the river. My kids could walk to the river and swim without me worrying about them going too far. I loved that the garage was accessible to park the car in, I am very uncomfortable with my car being on the street, which a lot of houses don't give you access to to park in the garages. “This property was perfect for a 3 day stay in Bullhead City for a softball tournament. The kitchen was well stocked, and the amenities well thought out. The gathering places were wonderful, especially the decks over looking the Colorado River. The property had its own boat dock, and although it was a little cold in February to fully use it, we enjoyed sitting on the dock in the sun, dipping our toes, and enjoying the wildlife, fish and beautiful sunsets.
