I had to change my room twice due to a foul odor in the first room and a leak in the second room. Everyone was very nice , but I was giving a breakfast voucher for my inconvenience. I called Dow to find out what time breakfast was over and was told 10am, went down at 945 and was told breakfast was over due to a “special event “ found manager and was able to be served with limited options to choose from. Attempted to contact manager before checking out and was told someone would get in touch. It’s been almost two weeks and no response. I was traveling with two minors and my 87 year old mother who had to find other accommodation because of the inconveniences. Very nice place but feel there should have been some follow up from management.
