The hotel was alright; free breakfast, free parking, free WiFi, a gym, swimming pool and a basketball court.
One of my few complaints is the receptionists. We got there an hour before the check in time and the receptionist we got did not even say hi until I said hi first, I asked if I can check in early and told us to wait until there were rooms available. It wasn't a problem until someone came up to the front desk and she happily helped them, even though we've been waiting longer. I brushed this off thinking it has been a long day, and it was a long weekend so she probably just had a bad day.
But everytime I called the front desk or approached her, she just had a bad vibe. I would ask for extra conditioners or towels and she just had an attitude. I didn't catch her name but she had short hair and dark lipstick.
But she wasn't the only one working the front desk (thank god). I love one of the girls there; her name is Adidi (not sure about the spelling) but she is friendly! She called me in my room when we checked in to make sure we like our room (+1), she greeted us in the morning when we went down for breakfast (+1), whenever I had concerns she would help me in a heartbeat, and when the hotel had a fire at night, she handled it very well. Overall SHE KNOWS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I love her.
This hotel is better than general hotels, that I can say.
