“The stars are based of off my room experience! This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Our room was so filthy that I had to ask the front desk to send someone back to clean it. There was poop splattered all over the toilet, and hair was everywhere. In the bed, the shower, and the sink. It honestly made me wonder if the room had even been cleaned before we checked in. The pool was closed during our stay, and we were never notified ahead of time. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel……

“Nice for family for 2 bedroom suites plenty of space. Not well kept though with broken drawers and stained bathtub. Not enough towels for the family. But convenient location and good price.”

“The room needed to be repaired. The toilet moved evrytime you sat down. The bathroom floor needed to be repaired. The pool was not open but when I called in June they said it would be open in July. Staff members don’t know how to talk to people in professional way. Not sure if I would stay here again or not.”
