"The grain bin was so unique and bigger than it looks in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable! There were some games inside, books, DVD's, as well as a Roku you can sign into to watch your streaming services. The kids (ages 4, 8 and 13) all loved exploring around the property, playing corn hole and roasting marshmallows by the fire. There is a small local grocery store about 2 minutes away, but meat is pretty expensive there so I recommend at least bringing your own meat to cook, along with charcoal for the grill. We really enjoyed our weekend and will definitely be back!"

"This cabin and the facility is a GEM ! Right in the middle of every reason you want to visit the area. The cabin is a true definition of Glamping ! Everything you need to enjoy the time. We loved the decor, and the setup. And our dog loved it ! No Problems at all. This is our go to for the Hill country now. Thank you !"

"Everything was wonderful about this property. Off the beaten path, private, quiet, nature all around. WiFi still strong. Although 2 pins were provided, neither got us all the way to the property. Need more specific directions to the actual house. Also a little odd that no towels or linens (linens were provided once we ask during off season only) were provided - although that may be standard for the area. Overall very happy with our stay. Host was very communicative. Provided us with River and trail recommendations as well as restaurant recommendations. Thank you tot he hostess"

"Great place on the Frio, very spacious, nice rooms and porch deck (as well as pavilion down by the river). Host was great. The bunk house worked out well for the college kids and the 3 rooms for the adults/parents. We hope to stay there again next year."

"Great location, convenient to surrounding attractions. Great pool. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of clean towels. The only thing that I can criticize was that the floor under the beds were pretty dusty, but other than that it was great."
