“I had a very disappointing experience at Motel Rideau. Unfortunately, the room was not clean when we arrived. There was hair all over the bathroom floor, and the bed had visible dirt on it. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves before we felt comfortable staying.
The room was also poorly maintained. The phone wasn't working, one of the light bulbs was not working, the shower head was missing, and there wasn't even a microwave in the room until we specifically requested one.
