“This property is a gem! The condo is beautiful, spacious (2000 sqft) and private. It’s historic with all the modern amenities (full kitchen w/granite counter tops and full size kitchen-aide appliances, a large porch suitable for outdoor gathering with a gas grill and fireplace. It has private off street parking and only one block from downtown Manitou springs with so much to do and see. Locals and tourists are very friendly. We had such a great time! I highly recommend this property! ”

“Great place for a short stay. Very clean and easy to access. Close to town. There is a bakery right below this unit so be prepared for some noise starting around 6:30 am. We were surprised to hear voices and the door opening downstairs. Evenings are very quiet though. There is no table, just a breakfast bar. Nicely stocked kitchen but we could have used one more coffee cup. We struggled a bit to regulate the temperature in the unit. The a/c turned on right away but the heat was a little tougher……
