"We stayed in April, and in 5 days, we got to experience snow and 70 weather.This was a perfect location for anything you want to see in Colorado Springs. It was very clean, cozy (loved the fireplace and hot tub), and we felt very safe in that neighborhood.The owner, Austin, was fantastic with communication and answered any questions we asked. Highly recommend staying! "

"The place was clean and lovely. it would be nice to have a bit more coffee to make. I stayed 3 nights but only had enough to make coffee two mornings. The only other issue was the entry to the place. It was a bit precarious and I was grateful it was not wet. Leaving early in the morning, there was no lighting going up to the street. I would recommend this place. "

"As the title suggest it has a great view and overall experience was good. Location: the area and building is much older bit close to some Mexican food and the Colorado Springs airport. Safety: Because the area is older may look run down but there is a security guard and people around the building are nice and elderly. Parking lot has lights on the first two rows but further back not so much. Potholes in some areas so be careful unless you have suv and you’ll be fine. Room: newly renovated...
