"The room was spacious and very nice. I loved our view facing the side with a partial view of the ocean. The bathroom was nice and big as well. Loved having robes and slippers in the room. The lobby could use a makeover. It doesn’t really impress, especially with the dirty front carpet but I was pleasantly surprised with the room."

"It was a good hotel but the room was serviced very late in the day or not at all. In addition, the coffee machine was no available in the morning. Luckily, the breakfast restaurant staff allowed me to get a coffee before breakfast."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Albert 1er Hotel! The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk into Old Nice while still being close to the beach. Our room had an amazing view that made every morning and evening special. The A/C didn’t get as cold as we’re used to, but that’s something we’ve found to be pretty common when traveling in Europe, especially during a summer heat wave, so it certainly didn’t take away from our experience. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was comfortable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We’ll definitely be back!"
