“It was okay, mostly. The room was old and dated. It smelled bad; my wife said it smelled like a wet dog. The View was exceptional and I'm surprised that the listing didn't have any pictures of it, that I remember. In fact, we weren't sure what the view is going to be like even though it said Oceanside. That can sometimes be deceiving. A description of "Oceanfront" would be better. The staff did their job but that's about it. They neither greeted us when we left or came each time. We are used to...

“Fairly quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches and gas stations. New kitchen and bath fixtures. The beds were comfortable. Extra towels.”

“Our stay was amazing! We felt safe in the area and the property was clean and felt very comfortable. There was a lot to do around the area and we are looking forward to staying here when we visit in the future. ”

“The property is close to a nice park with a decent farmer’s market on Saturdays and only a block more takes you to the beach. There are several decent restaurants near by and a couple of microbreweries as well.”

“Cleanliness was just ok.. found laundry from previous occupant in closet and baseboards were super dusty. Kitchen has very bare minimum. But as pictured, bed very comfortable. Complex was noisy and stairwell smelled of weed. Neighbors had party into pm, and it was like they were in my room due to thin walls. Did reach out to management and noise gone within 10 minutes.
