"Mouillé Point Places is a convient location. Bus stop just out front and a Red City Sightseeing bus stop a few minutes walk up the street Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Bobo’s or Lily’s for lunch or dinner. Our flat had a lovely ocean view. The building has security guards on duty at all times. While we were there, the water heater in our flat broke and the maintenance team fixed it in about two hours. A great place to stay. DW Cincinnati USA"

"The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service. "I was very happy at One Calais, everything was clean and worked. Check in was simple and the room well fitted out. The apartment is in a nice area and very close to all the restaurant and shops in Sea Point. The only thing you guys need to invest in is a generator or solar. The load shedding is a pain."

"Property is lovely, centrally located. There was no load shedding (power outages) because elections are coming soon, however, and likely out of the property owners hands, the Internet stopped working (ISP issue, WiFi was connected) and multiple times during our stay the water stopped all together at very inconvenient times. Property manager was responsive but he wasn't able to do anything about it. Lovely spot if you can roll with these kind of disturbances. We made it work!"
