My only issue was with the birds flying in and out of the kitchen area and 2 dogs rooming around the dinning area. The staff is very nice and go the extra mile on service. Manuel, Rebecca, Wilson, and the entire Mahi Mahi staff are wonderful. Great time my grandkids had the time of their life. I highly recommend it!

My cousin and I were visiting Puerto Rico for the first time. The AC Hotel is nice and clean, guest services was very polite and checking in was easy. We had a queen double room that was well kept, super clean with fresh linens. The hot water was perfect and so was the air conditioning. At some point we turned it off at night and it was still freezing in the room. Every thing is conveniently near the hotel as far as good food and shopping. The $45 daily resort fee was also a plus for lunch or dinner at the roof top bar. All in all this was a great stay and we definitely wouldn’t mind staying at AC hotel whenever we visit Puerto Rico again.

Perfect location in a quite neighborhood. People were so welcoming & the communication was beyond amazing! Any questions we had were answered within seconds even at 1 in the morning. This is a property in a historical town so if you’re expecting luxury check in at the hilton this was a beautiful place that made us feel part of the Puerto Rican culture. Front desk staff i cannot complement enough! Really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this property to friends & family.
