"I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. I have stayed in busy and noisy hotels all over and have never had to resort to the earplugs that were left in the nightstand. The Google Map link sent to me wouldn’t work which created confusion about directions. I ended up 20 minutes away from the Inn and then had to backtrack. It was so poorly marked that the person who I called for help referenced a nearby coffee shop in order for me to find it. No ice either. Definitely would not recommend. "

"Super clean and cozy place. My sister and I stayed for 2 nights and I wish we could've stayed longer. There was a single bedroom and a comfortable pull out couch bed. Stocked with kitchen essentials and anything else you need to be comfortable. It was a 5 minute walk to Playa Azul and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. "

"The rooms are so incredibly small. I was there with my husband and there’s no place for your bags AT ALL. The property is great, but the rooms are so small "

"Overall, it was a good place to stay due to its great location. Our room's wiring was strange, and breakfast was chaotic. Needing a room key to access the outside patio to eat breakfast (not enough tables/room inside) is ridiculous and hard to do."

"Pros: the space was private, clean, and comfortable.Cons: TV wasnt working (remote out of batteries?), the shower curtain rod was falling down and when I alerted the host, I never heard back. Overall I am glad I stayed there but host communication and details could be improved."
