“They changed my size room that was paid for in full. I reserved 2 queen beds and i recieved 1 king bed . They said they had nothing else available ”

“Our room was not ready upon arrival at 3:00 pm but the staff was prompt in getting it ready. We only waited five minutes. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was really good! As items ran out, they were prompt in replacing the items. ”

“Breakfast was good, the attendant was so efficient, couldn’t believe one person prepared it by herself. Staff at front desk greeted you professionally and was so accommodating. Room was clean and bed was so comfortable. The only negative was the Airport shuttle, which needed to be cleaned and vacuum inside and out. The manager gave 5 diamond service to and from the airport. ”

“Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street.”

“A van blocked the front entrance when I arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk person who responded, "I. know." That was exemplary of every interaction I had with her. There was an employee smoking at the entrance every time I went in and out. Nice cloud to walk through and the van was there when I left to have dinner much later. Breakfast was sparse. The coffee was good. Although signage indicated ice on my floor there was none. No coffee in the room. Door was sketchy. Obviously an……

“The staff was very nice. The room was decent but we did have dry ramen noodles on the carpet. They had fleas in the room and we went to get snacks one night and my card was charged for the snacks but the worker made us put them back bc he said that I was t charged and the money would be back in my account by the next morning. It’s 2 days later and I still don’t have my money or the snacks I paid for. I would not stay there again if I could help it. ”

“Such a cute little gem, right outside of downtown Lafayette. The house was lovely inside and out. The recent renovations and layout of the house makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! ”
