“Carpark directions on the website were brilliant, there was plenty of parking space and we were able to get the permit before check in. The hotel is in a great location for town centre. The room we stayed in and some parts of the building looked tired, but were clean. Our room didn't have any towels in, but reception soon sorted that out. The room was very hot. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very kind and went the extra mile to look after our dog.”

“The stay was ok, I thought the triple room was a double and a single but it's 3 singles - thats my fault for not paying attention. One to note is the pub doesn't do food, it doesn't say it does on Hotels.com but I made the mistake of looking on Google which shows pictures of menus and food so I assumed it did... The bas was busy and friendly enough (football night, showing on the tv's) Where it loses stars is I went down to breakfast at the time arranged when I checked in and the pub was locked……

“Was expecting the normal hotel room but this one also had microwave, air fryer a fridge and washing up facilities plus plates, knives and forks. Very very impressed.”

“I only stayed here for a couple of nights but found it to be a nice hotel in quiet and pleasant surroundings. Friendly, courteous staff, clean and comfortable rooms, as well as delicious breakfast. Well recommended!”

“Property looks dated and in need of a modern upgrade. The hotel t is clean anc the staff was exceptionally good and helpful The location is great - near the Train Station and good restaurants. The breakfast was good and plentiful.”
