This house has a lot of potential. Is a beautiful property totally abandoned. The place is dirty. The rooms don't have any furniture. The water in the shower is cold. The towels are rags. The house needs mayor repairs/restauration. The walls have holes, and water leaks and damages, the lights in the room are bad etc, etc, etc. I do not want to keep going because I am not a difficult person and I think this could be my first time writing a review but honestly, the experience was not the best. The people that work there are very nice and sweet. The area is safe. It is perfectly located to have easy access to all the important areas. All the other hotels/houses around look very nice. I think they can do a better job with the cleaning, towels, furniture, lights in the room even if they do not have money for mayor repairs. Cartagena is beautiful and the rest of the experiences were amazing!!!

Habitaciones deterioradas, aire acondicionado antiguo, la puerta estaba en malas condiciones y no hacían la limpieza diaria, las camas estaban cómodas pero tenían animalitos, la televisión no funcionaba al 100. De las cosas buenas, fueron la ubicación, esta excelente y la alberca, la habitación de doble cama es bastante amplia y el baño igual

Güzel bir konumda temiz bir hostel. Çalışanları İspanyolca dışında hiç bir dili anlamıyor bu nedenle İspanyolca bilmiyorsanız işiniz zor. 3 ayrı çalışanından ikisi ek para kazancı için çaba içinde. Bagajlarınizi emanet için ek para alıyorlar. Taksi cagirttirirsaniz taksiciden komisyon alıyorlar. Onun için kendi işinizi kendiniz yapın.

Fui con mi mamá que es adulta mayor y nos dieron una habitación en el primer piso (lo cual agradezco muchísimo). La atención es muy buena, la limpieza buena y la habitación estuvo confortable, con todo lo necesario para hacer de nuestra estadía un momento grato. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
