“Care about details”

“Quaint little boutique hotel in the heart of Casey. Easy to walk to the majority of "big" things. Check in was impersonal using a kiosk. We had no in person contact with any hotel personnel. The room was clean and had lots of character. Very comfortable beds. We stayed in 305, which meant climbing two flights of very noisy, creaky stairs. Luckily, we were at the end of the hall, very far away from the stairs. The room was cool and comfortable, but had a very loud A/C unit. Clean bathroom, but no……

“What we absolutely loved about our stay, and what made the experience uniquely special, was the exceptional treatment that Joshua showered us with—from the time he greeted us at our vehicle upon check-in—to the time he walked us to our vehicle at checkout. The room and common areas were flawlessly kept, the property was peaceful, and the other guests were just as pleased as we were to share such a wonderful space. The added bonus is that Joshua makes a superb quiche!”

“The front office young lady was very kind and professional. However, when I left the office, I drove around the backside of the building it was trashy broken-down cars and people loitering. I fortunately had a room on the front side of the building and was able to back my car right up by my room door. The breakfast could use a little work coffee wasn't good at all. The room was clean bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience for just a stop over and the price.”
