“Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. “Beautiful place. Lots of steps to get in the apartment with codes, lock box, parking. Noisy street! Very warm in the place when arrived. Contacted host and they had the remote for the air conditioning. Took hours to drop off the remote to lower the temp. Who keeps the remote from the renters? Very strange!!!”

“酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕”

“The apartment was in a great location not too far from the river and we were amazed by how spacious, homely and cool it felt with great air conditioning. There was plenty to do in the area surrounding the apartment including a short walk to the Piazzale Michangelo viewpoint and Giardino Bardini which both had amazing views across the city. We did have an issue where the shower flooded a bit. But as we were only staying for 2 nights it wasn't too much of an issue so we didn't raise it. There……

“This apartment is perfectly located just south of Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno area. A quick walk to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio, but also just on the edge of the non-touristy side of Firenze. The apartment has an amazing kitchen, is very clean and safe. My favorite stay during a recent 2 week visit to Italy. I will 100% book with Mamo in the future. ”

“Good location, close to the city center, clean rooms, Wi-Fi, however no air conditioning and plenty of mosquitos. In the heat of the hot summer, it is NOT possible to stay here without air-conditioning or opening the windows. Only two small tables fans provided, one in each bedroom, one of the fans made a lot noise when oscillating. We tried opening the windows on the first night to let cool air in as it was not possible to sleep, I had over 35 mosquito bites on my legs and arms by the third……
