Very clean room, helpful and pleasant staff, near the tram and bus stops, quiet area.
Not so many facilities in the room, just basics, they could have a few more options for breakfast (good price though with 10€ per person).
If you don't find a place to stay in Venice Centre I would strongly recommended it.

The staff were very helpful. They advised us on how to get to Venice and back and supplied transport tickets.
Breakfast although a cold buffet was plentiful and tasty.
The room was very small but everything worked.
A secure luggage room would benefit guests who wish to leave the hotel later than check out times.

Many customers say they are sooo polite , and they are correct! The father, Papa, actually took us in their van and dropped us off at a restaurant. Perfect place to stay if you would like to be close to Venice and the airport. I am very sensitive to noise and the rooms were very quiet. The area is industrial, so there is not much traffic at night. I would surely stay there again!
