The directions from town was very misleading it was miles from town the lady host was not helpful at all .she had the cheek to ask me for 160 dollars government' tax which i refused. We stayed one night out of 5 did not get any refund at all loss $12.000 the lady had a very bad……

“My visit to St. Lucia was my first solo trip, and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place to stay. “Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ……

“The location of the vacation club is ideal and overlooks Marigot Bay with a unique little cable funicular from Doolittles restaurant at sea level up to the villas. The pool, whilst small, is very clean with a great view.”
