“If you are looking to get away from the hustle an bustle of daily life head to Eagle's Rest. It's a charming cabin tucked into the mountains and woods between Roanoke/ Salem and New Castle. It is fairly remote and super quiet. I went with a few friends for our annual girls trip. The house was very clean, spacious, comfortable and chock-full of amenities. The owners have thought of everything you might need. There is a great deck and fireplace to spend the evenings sipping a glass of wine...

“This place was great. Beautiful setting and the host was very nice. The only complaint was the trains! All night and day they ran. Once we got used to them it wasn't too bad. though. Overall I would recommend.”
