“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“Unfortunately our stay was with issues. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with shower, and were moved twice on check-in and ended up with an inoperable shower that couldn't be addressed during our 12 day stay. I would not recommend due the deferred maintenance.”

“Came for a 3 day tournament. Fit our needs perfectly. Very roomy. Good location. Small odor issue with the dishwasher but other than that, we liked it. May return next year ”
