"We had a terrific stay. The black barn was just as described and exactly what we were looking. Our family spent the end of Spring Break in northwest Arkansas. The barn was a cozy place to come back to after a day of adventures. It was the perfect space for the four of us with an open plan and great windows. "A couple of suggestions would be rug grippers under the rugs they all move on the wood floors in the kitchen and living room area. The roads are steep and extremely winding to get to the house. Once there it was extremely peaceful and the house was clean and perfect size. The bunk beds are really old and need replaced you barely move on them and they making a creaking sound. "The location of this property is probably my favorite thing about it. It's set in a secluded clearing on the top of a wooded hill. It's very quiet, yet close enough to town that groceries are only 15-20 minutes away if you've forgotten something. The only reason our stay didn't receive 5 stars is due to the lack of storage space. There really isn't anywhere to put/store clothing or personal belongings. "My husband and I enjoyed a long weekend staying in this adorable A frame. We read books, fished and visited some surrounding towns like Rogers, Bentonville and Centerton. We did some antiquing, visited the Daisy museum and Marrs Mercantile and enjoyed Lake Atalanta. All that and then the beauty of Beaver Lake from your home and the surrounding Lost Bridge Village North and South Parks."

"Beautiful setting with no one on top of you. There was an issue with the water pump at one point, but the management fixed it immediately. Thank You! No wifi, T-Mobile reception was spotty but Verizon was strong. Great selection of dvds if you want to watch a movie. No washer dryer. The gravel road to the cabin was a little intimidating at first in a low slung car, but proved to be no problem. I'm just nit picking at this point. This was an overall excellent stay!"
