“We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely little cottage and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better location. Tucked away in a quiet spot but right in the heart of town, everything we needed was just a short stroll away – the beach within a minute, the harbour for crabbing, and plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants to enjoy. It really couldn’t be more convenient, yet we still had peaceful evenings and mornings which made it feel like the best of both worlds.The cottage itself was sweetly……

A lovely relaxing retreat. The dogs loved it too with a lovely secure garden for them and us to enjoy. Johnathan was very helpful when we had a few initial issues which were rapidly resolved.Would love to stay again. ”

“Thanks to Debbie and Chris for a fab stay at their cottage. Check-in was easy. The cottage and location excellent for Fowey high street and all the shops and restaurants. The kitchen, had everything we needed and was well thought through! Lots of helpful info on what to do in the area too. Our kids loved the crabbing off the slip way in front of the house! View of the water excellent and fun watching the ferry go to and fro as well as all the yatchs and boats. We had a lovely stay!”

“This property is amazing. Not only is it furnished beautifully. It's comfortable, well equipped and very spacious. The host Michael had sent me a very informative email before our stay and then sent a check-in email during our stay. The park itself is quiet and the lodges aren't on top of each other. “Great location and well set up with everything you would need. Lovely comfy bed and couldn’t be more convenient for getting into the town. Couldn’t help but notice a couple of things though. The microwave didn’t cook which was frustrating and we noticed the cleaner turned up with a new one as we left so it was clearly something the owner was aware of. The shower leaks from the corner of the tray especially if you use the horizontal part. You can hear the neighbours when sat in the lounge and……

“We loved Polruan. The view from the cottage is spectacular over the harbour and Fowey. There are beautiful walks on your doorstep. The cottage is very cosy, the bed very comfy and we enjoyed the local shops and pub. Everyone we met was very friendly. We would love to come back.”

“Absolutely beautiful place, beautiful location I cant fault anything. Pub and local store in easy walking distance. Just be aware no local public transportation except taxi which have limited availability. Wasnt a big issue but if you want to go into Plymouth it was £25 each way to the train station with one train an hour. We brought our telescope but unfortunately had cloud cover but would be a perfect location for evening of star gazing ”
