"My recent birthday girls' weekend stay at the Inn and Loretto was great! I highly recommend this hotel.
One of the best features was the hotel pool—it’s honestly one of the best I have ever experienced. They recently renovated, and now you can swim in a heated pool and soak in a hot tub even in freezing temperatures.
The room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. However, the room decor felt a little outdated. We did encounter a minor issue with the tub drain on the first day, but the staff was exceptionally responsive and quick, resolving it immediately. Their prompt service was much appreciated.
The hotel offers a nice complimentary coffee bar each morning. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurants. Luminaria was lovely for brunch. We had a bite and drinks at the living room restaurant on my birthday evening which was okay. We experienced a very long wait for our food, but the staff did apologize for the delay.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return, especially for that amazing pool.. "
"We liked everything about this hotel. There was a great bakery and a nice coffee shop across the street, two breweries and several good restaurants a short walk away and the free shuttle bus took us anywhere we wanted to go. The lobby bar has a fireplace and music every night which made it a peaceful place to have a drink. The art collection was impressive. "
"Room was beautiful and comfortable! The pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, very helpful. We loved the bar and the convenience of having a restaurant just downstairs. The entire building was beautiful and very authentic to Santa Fe. "
