Staff was courteous, we felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in the lobby. Hotel is presentable and we just loved it! The free breakfast in the morning was amazing and had great variety, we were definitely impressed.

We stayed here for our family trip to the lagoon. The hotel was in a convenient area right off the highway. It also has a gas station along with Smith's and a Walgreens in case you forget anything or buying snacks. The breakfast was great selection.
It was clean and staff was super friendly.. We are planning on staying again when we head to the lagoon.

Nice hotel, room very clean & bed very comfortable. Nice large bathroom. Breakfast in morning was good, buffet serve yourself. Eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, breads, waffles, coffee & tea, juice.
I didn’t get it 5 stars because our rooms’ window rattled & shook all night resulting in a horrible nights sleep. It was quite windy as it is usually there, it was almost like the window was shaken loose in the frame.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. My kids loved the indoor pool. The hotel is in a very fun location with many shops in walking distance. We also went to Lagoon for a day and it is a short drive across the bridge. We will stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Salt Lake City. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would happily stay here again!

This is our second time staying here. We love it. The hotel is clean and the staff goes above and beyond. Stephanie at the front desk is so nice and has been so helpful both times I have stayed there. We will be back!
