"Tents were nice but did not like location "

"Rustic cabin with everything we needed. We chose this rental for its location on Bear Creek just outside of downtown Evergreen. The bed was nice; a bit on the firm side. Sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. We bought wood for a nice fire in the fireplace after spending a cool evening enjoying our dinner and wine on the patio next to Bear Creek. The kitchen is small but well equipped. They provided coffee but I sure missed my morning tea. This is a great location to stay if you want to...

"What a treat to stay in such an old but beautifully maintained and appropriately updated cabin! The kitchen was well stocked with all that was needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the yard and outdoor grill in the evenings. Thanks for being dog friendly. Our dog and child loved having the freedom to safely explore the yard."

"The views from the deck were amazing. The area was quiet and peaceful, just what was needed to relax and unwind. We loved having our dogs with us and taking them hiking with us. "The cabin was 12 miles up the mountain from the highway. Be aware that you are staying in the mountains , beautiful but you need to be cautious. Centrally located , we drove to Boulder , Golden, Idaho Springs but made sure we were back before nightfall. The cabin is nice , a bit smaller than the online pics show but very clean and stocked with extra towels, toilet paper etc. the two bedrooms are pretty tight and the loft is NOT for adults , very steep climb up. We were given the wrong entry code...

"The home was in such a beautiful place and is in good condition. The home was clean and Jake was very responsive. The location is amazing with beautiful views of the mountains and the lake. We even got to do some exploring around the lake and my kids loved it. The location is fairly remote, which is nice but with any amount of snow would be hard to get to. Would definitely stay again!"

The host Katie was extremely sweet and made checking in and out easy peasy . The views were amazing including the Moose and her calf who came to visit one morning while having our coffee . We were sad to leave but will be back to this cabin every opportunity we get ."
