“We stayed 4 people and got just two towels ask for two more towels and been refused .”

“The room was filthy, tub toilet sink mirror were dirty. The caretaker Amos didnt come to the door when we called the number on the office door. The TV didnt work. I mean you get what you pay for i guess. It was infested with ants and spiders and smelled like mold. We stayed for 2 days because of weather conditions but when we got out to camp, our campsite was cleaner lol.”

“Totally wrong booking. We were searching and trying to make the booking of Jasper. How could it go through to this hotel? And there's no email address for us to contact...So sad experience.”

“Beautiful setting, lovely hosts. Substantial and freshly made breakfast. Our bed was sooooo comfortable. It is a shared bathroom between 3 rooms which worked out totally fine. 10/10!”

“I used the hotel for a pit stop so didn't use amenities or interact too much with staff. Great location for a visit to the area. Would stay here again!!”

“We had a king size bedroom which was on the second floor. Room was very clean (carpet in the bedroom area). The mattress is hard, pillows were ok. No outlet in the bathroom, a little inconvenient but not too bad. Fridge works well. Location was good for us.”

“Cabin was very clean . The furniture was old but in good condition. Kitchen only had one burner but plenty of pots/pans utensils etc. After busy day I would have appreciated somewhere to sit comfortably, the futon was okay. Beds were good and clean bedding. The road was very busy and a bit weary crossing with children. The dock was fine and we caught fish! Great location to Bon echo park. Stay was good for a couple of nights. Parking tight if you have a truck. ”
