“Prior to checking in, after looking at their accommodations through Expedia, I thought we would have a kitchen in our room. We did not. I would add two instructions to checking in using the keypad to press the bottom button first. Then the numbers then press the bottom button again, also to lock the door press the bottom button.”

“Idyllische Lage am See. Es wurde uns ein weltbestes Frühstück angepriesen und als wir sehr pünktlich zum Frühstück kamen, gab es nichts mehr. Man musste mehr als 30 Minuten warten bis es Essensnachschub gab. Das Frühstückspersonal war komplett überfordert.
Außerdem hatten wir ein Doppelzimmer mit 32 m2 reserviert.
Erhalten haben wir ein Zimmer mit ca. 18 m2 und die Toilettenspülung war defekt.”
