“Generally is very good and I would definitely choose to stay here in future. Nonetheless I'd like to bring up two things: 1. No safe in the room. It'd be great if safe is available. 2. On Jun 5 morning, the breakfast was short of meat, omelettes, and yogurt. The juice seemed to be out of order as only water came out of it. If there is a shortage of food or dysfunction of equipment, I suggest that they put a notice so we knew what was going on.”

“Very disappointed with our stay. The furniture in our room was visibly dirty and stained, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel at this level. We brought the issue to the staff’s attention, expecting it to be addressed, but unfortunately, nothing was done. Things like this can happen, but what really made the experience frustrating was the lack of response from the staff. We expected someone to take the concern seriously and make an effort to resolve it. Instead, we were essentially left to……
