“Older hotel, lacking some regular maintenance. Room was clean, however the bathroom countertop was cracked to the point you could lose your keys in it. Vent above the in-room jacuzzi was busted and hanging down from the ceiling.”

I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about……
