Absolutely unacceptable experience. The property I arrived at was nothing like the photos advertised online. It was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and in unacceptable condition. I was so shocked by the state of the apartment that I refused to stay there even for one night and immediately had to find another hotel. I contacted both the property and Expedia, reported the problems, and provided photographic evidence. Despite all of this, I still have NOT received my refund for accommodation that I could not reasonably use because of its condition. I consider it completely unacceptable to advertise a property using photos that do not accurately represent what guests actually receive. I am now preparing to file formal complaints with the appropriate local consumer and tourism protection authorities and provide them with my photos, booking information, and correspondence regarding this case. I strongly advise potential guests to be extremely careful before booking this property. Based on my experience, I would never stay here and would not recommend it to anyone.

It was a horrible experience. Contact with the hotel was non existent. We booked then had to rebook a new hotel because we didn’t receive check in instructions as it was self check in and there was nobody at the actual property. Then they refused to refund me after the fact. Do not book this hotel.
